I was booked in for an assessment for my car. This was a third party claim process and obviously I was frustrated and didn't know what to expect. Being almost an hour early for my appointment, Alan Mulqueeny welcomed me and made sure I was comfortable whilst waiting for my turn as he was still busy with another car. He explained everything to me, what he needed to do and gave me a chance to ask clarity seeking questions. When done with the assesment he gave me his contact details in case there was anything I might need to ask. This was one of the best services I've received in my life, pity I cant say I wish my car could be damaged again.
