Well Done MiWay! 3rd Time Lucky

Being a loyal MiWay client, I had expected for my insurance policy premium to reduce with each year as the value of the vehicle drops the same.

To my amazement, I found my premium INCREASING, substantially as well.
I had called in and spoke to a CSR, she tried to assist but said there was not much she could do as the price of repairs increase, so should my premium (I was really confused). I then decided to leave MiWay and search for more affordable rates, which i knew would be possible.

I notified my intent to MiWay and only then was I contacted and amazingly "Retained" by Seitshiro Mokgatlh.
I would like to express my thanks to him for his excellent service and efficacy in assisting me with not only my policy but also my wife's.
MiWay needs more staff of this caliber.
