On the 5/8/13 I logged a query at the Standard Bank Loan Rehabilitation Centre (tel: 0860 548 523) after the amount of R1500.00, that I deposited at an ATM on 29/7/13 for my loan at Standard Bank, was reversed from my account and therefore put my account in arrears. I logged the query and was told it would take 6 working days for Standard Bank to get back to me with an answer. Its almost 2 weeks now and still no feedback. I have phoned the 0860 number twice last week and I was promised that they will either get back to me on last Friday or today (19/8) but yet no feedback! In the meantime my loan is in arrears, a mistake that is clearly that of Standard Bank. I tried to phone the 086 number again a while ago but was put on hold so the operator, Zandile, can get more info so she can help me. I would appreciate if some one can get to me asap to give me an answer on this query
