I currently have my house, Car, Current account, Money builder account, credit card and all debit orders with ABSA. The only thing not with ABSA is a small flat that that I bought 3 years ago for an investment that was done through FNB. I thought let me do myself and ABSA a favour and also move this business (Flat) to ABSA but take a guess what happened due to ABSA`s incompetent scoring system the bond for the switch was declined!!! How is it possible that with a very very good credit history, already paying the flat for 3, 5 years (from my ABSA account, also send a complete statement) also moving it to 30 years from 20 years thus decrease in premiums it is declined?? WHAT IS THE PROBLEM DOES ABSA NOT WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH A CLIENT THAT WAS WITH THEM FOR OVER 20 YEARS? PLEASE JUST SAY SO THEN I CAN MOVE ALL MY ACCOUNTS TO ANOTHER BANK!!! OR IS THE SYSTEM COMPLETELY UP TO???
