I took my vehicle in for an insurance assessment to Telesure in Frosterly Park, La Lucia, Durban. I noticed immediately the uncluttered Centre with a floor you could eat off. First impressions count in any Customer Service industry, and the Assessor, Alan welcomed me with a warm handshake and smile, other companies can learn from the professional manner in which Telesure go about their business. I was offered a cup of tea/coffee, and left the Assessor to go about his business while relaxing and reading the Newspaper and enjoying a nice cup of coffee. Once Alan had finished, he handed me his details and explained the process which would now take place through our Insurance Company. Well done Alan, I have to admit I even felt warm and fuzzy driving out of there, true Customer Service First Class.
