I have shopped around and found a better offer which works for me, now that I want to cancel MiWay Agents start off by taking me to different depts might I add while having to be on hold for up to 20min. Only to be sent to there so called Senior advisers and after the discussion of you still wish to cancel the agent confirmed that its was done only to be called a week later by another Senior consultant asking that he can see I want to leave.
Only for me to pose a question that is my insurance still active and he in turn says yes. My problem is for every debt order that bounce's while under the impression that I have cancelled, for one it reflects bad on me as a client and two I get charged R135 for every transaction thats not successful. So I am dis-serviced big time. SO WHEN YOU TAKE UP AN INSURANCE WITH MIWAY REMEMBER THAT YOU ARE NEVER LEAVING EVEN WITH THERE HIGH PREMIUMS. TO MIWAY STOP IT YOU ARE BAD WITH YOUR SERVICE GO!
