Last month I noticed that while I was over the ocean on my way back from England money was deducted from my credit card. As soon as I land I phone FNB, and get a message that due to the high queue they suggest I email my complaint through. I havent heard from them again I noticed today that the same amount went off. I want the money back in my account.
