Leno De villiers from Bidbank/Bank on Assets refuses to pay over our deposit to the transferring attorneys after we were the highest bidders at a 'auction' held by his company. He says that the seller of the property that he auctioned off owes him money so he is claiming it from the buyers deposit!!! That makes no sense and wont take any phonecalls or reply to emails to provide proof. He has been reported to the Estate Agents Board for failing to keep the money in a trust account and to pay interest on it over to the buyer AS PER THE SALE AGREEMENT HE DREW UP! His own agent who concluded the deal, Moshe, says that the sole mandate signed by the seller has been altered by Leno De Villiers without the seller agreeing to it or countersigning so that he may hold onto the buyers deposit. Watch out for this company and Leno De Villers as he is a conman of note. AND I BET YOU THE POSITIVE COMMENTS HAVE BEEN POSTED BY LENO DE VILLIERS HIMSELF! There are other people he has and are after him too.
