We were handed over to Flemix & Associates by Bridge Loans (SA Multi Loans) even though we had been making regular payments on our account. Every time we contacted Flemix &, we were told to leave a message and someone would call us back. No one ever called us back. Instead we had to keep calling them to try & find out why our payments had not been allocated to our account. Even though we started querying this in December 2012, we still received a Notice of Default hand delivered to my work demanding R11340.58 in June 2013. Flemix & did not even check with their client to see if any payments had been made before delivering the notice. We were still continued to make payments not knowing the status of our account. Eventually after 8 months, we were informed that we had overpaid on our account by R6000. Had I not phoned to follow up on the query, we would not have known this & also would not have known that the file had been closed and we would have continued to make payment on this account. When we enquired about the refund due to us, we were told to wait 14 days. 14 Days has come & gone & still no refund. The latest excuse is that there is no one to authorise the payment.
