I wont begin to tell you how angry i am with the rsponse from FNB. All the adds claiming to be the best bank with the greatest prices and services.
Well ive just had the worst answer any customer can be told. IT IS MY FAULT HAAPENED ON MY ACCOUNT!!! I mean really, does FNB really think i want to lose money that i work so hard for? If you are aware of all the card cloning why have you not come with a solution in stead of holding the customer liable for something they had no idea of.
I WANT MY MONEY BACK and will not settle for a cent less. No one has even apologised for my inconvieniences but just say "you will not be refunded - ITS ALL YOUR FAULT"
When calling in to speak to a senior person i get told "oh sorry they having luch and no one else can help me". Great service hey FNB. Im sure Steve would love to know about that hey.
I wait for my money to be refunded!!!!
