Still no resolution! Cant believe my own bank

On 09:29 Fri 9 Aug my Husband posted a comment regarding the total lack of support from our OWN bank FNB when trying to get a better offer on our bond application - We as FIRST TIME home owners have been offered 95% and prime 1.65% and cannot understand why? (No bad credit, both had accounts with FNB for numerous years etc) His post was answered with the very obvious standard response that it had been escalated. If it was really escalated and if FNB appreciated their clients we would have had a response and resolution by now? My Husband called FNB yesterday again with the "reference" number of the escalation and was advised that someone from home loans would contact him - STILL WAITING... it is obviously not FNB's priority to get back to their clients - we would just like to know why our bond was only approved for 95% and why the prime % and if the application could be reconsidered??? Even a courtesy call to say that they are not prepared to entertain our request would be very much appreciated! So much for our :( being turned into a :)
