I've been happy with my bank so far, because nothing out of the ordinary has ever happened. Now that it has, I am grossly disappointed.
My Random Verification Number does not send from my Internet Banking, and although I have been in contact with Absa through the customer call number, twitter and email, nothing has been done to resolve the problem, other than telling me to "restart my device". I AM receiving SMSes, so the problem is not with my handset, yet I am getting no further to utilizing my internet banking than what I was four days ago.
This needs to be resolved URGENTLY, otherwise I will be forced to cancel my internet banking since I am now paying for a non-functional service, and shortly thereafter look for a bank with better service/customer support.
