I called Chartis first on June 4th to report a double debit, they said the refund will happen within 7 working days, nothing came through, called on the 4th July, same story, no refund, called on the 24th July, same story, still no refund. Manager is always in meetings or not in office, whats the use of a manager? They dont ever call back... Calling again now... Holding on for 20 mins and nothing!! They keep escalating my refund, its R600, it was easy to take the money, why can't they refund it so easily.
