Pathetic service and no feedback after three weeks

They broke into our Combi on the 28 July 2013, when we came out of the Mall the back door was open and most of our valueble belongings was gone. We went to the Police station immediately. I reported it the next day (Monday) to Leo, No response I then struggled to get Iemas on phone for three days, I was referred to Shamese Anderson from him to Gerhard Joubert. I have written 10 mails phoned 10 times. According to them there was no forced entry to the car, so now its sent to the insurer to investigate. I have specified the Golf club sets and paid monthly for it this is a valuable item (My husband plays golf leagues) Its almost 18 days no feedback from anyone, the last time My husband spoke to gerhard was Tuesday 13 Aug, he said they are checking our past claims. Why do we pay monthly fees why do we specify items if this is whats happening. We are Golden clients at iemas never claimed anything except windscreens, our cars household longterm insurance and short ter insurance is with them
I am so dissapointed in their services
Even if there was no forced entry, by blocking the central locking IS FORCED ENTRY!
Please give feedback, Cancelling everything at Iemas is the NEXT Step
