When I look at some of the complaints on Hello Peter regarding Innovation Group warranties I realise that some of the complaints are unfounded and that end users should ensure they familiarise themselves with the products they buy. End users take responsibility and stop shifting blame!!! I found Innovation Group efficient in dealing with 2 substantial and separate claims against my vehicle warranty in a 30 day period. The claims process was flawless and the service excellent and covered as stipulated in the wording. Thank you Innovation Group!!!
