No communication as per NCA

Was in arrears with my credit card account, was in regular contact with the bank and paid my full arrears plus a additional payment for the end of August, amount paid and now even after I paid the additional amount my card has been locked and now I have to pay 3 more installments before they unlock my card!
They did not inform me that this was the procedure that will follow, now I can't use this card to buy material to do my work resulting in a loss of income, the NCA stipulates that a creditor should inform all customers with the correct info and their procedures that was not done!!! maid the payment and it was explained to me that I can use the card if full payment was maid.
