UNAUTHORISED DEBIT ORDERS

Dear ABSA

A debit order as been made from my account by some RS Marketing that I have never heard off. Sad thing, this is not the 1st time a artist debits from my account. I am 100% certain that I did not take anything up with anyone and I am very careful with my bank details. The 1st company took R199.99 whom I forgot their name. Now RS Marketing took R129.99 today 15 August 2013. I did not sign or make deals with any company, specially for a debit order to be done at such an odd date.

It is pretty evident that ABSA is not protecting it's clients, how can people just do as they please. I am certain I am not the only one that is having this problem, but what is ABSA doing to protect us. What if I did not have an SMS notification? How was I going to know this is happening???

I have been thinking a lot about switching to FNB, they have given me enough reason to move and ABSA keeps giving me enough reasons to leave as well. I am really sick and tired of this. I do not care that ABSA uses a 3rd source for debit orders. I HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH YOU AND NOT ANY ONE ELSE!! SO YOU MUST SORT THE PROBLEM OUT!!! Seriously my days with ABSA are now numbered.
