Ms Gladys Pontsho Maeso from the smartdevices department assisted me with a Query I had regarding the smart phone that was delivered by FNB. As an existing FNB Client, I concluded the deal with the smartdevices department and i was under had a perception that I would receive the same benefits of a new FNB client. I then cancelled the deal and I was assisted by the lady mentioned above.
Her service was excellent and her attitude was warm and very helpful. She is competent and she assisted me timely and effectively. I applaud FNB for they have a valuable asset within their employ.
