I called Nedbank's call centre to enquire about replacing my life policy for my home loan cover. I was transferred to Tamara, who assisted excellently throughout the entire process. I decided to switch after getting a cheaper premium and she explained the entire process to me, said she would call back in 7 days and then promptly did, regularly updated me on the progress and even faxed a form on my behalf.
After hearing the process involved to cancel the old policy and cede the new one, I was hesitant to go ahead, but Tamara made the entire process very smooth and only a joy. Thanks Tamara.
