On this day of the 13th August 2013, I called in to ABSA requesting a credit card. Tsholofelo Satshane responded and acted promptly. Documents were requested and within 10min, they were received by Tsholofelo in her in box. As always Banks will suspend an individual regarding approval, Not Tsholofelo at ABSA Bank. Before close of business, i received a pleasant call from Tsholofelo telling me that ABSA has given approval. Ah! That ended my day on a good note. Thank You ABSA!! TODAY, TOMORROW AND FOREVER!! Tsholofelo your great attitude and professionalism rocks!!!
