Good day I am a very unhappy customer at the moment!! I have a bad record at the moment with a judgement against my name and of course because I know my credit status I wont just go and apply at any bank or financial institution unless they can offer me a debt consolidating service. I was making enquiries on the internet and I came a cross an advert from fnb stating this..First National Bank (FNB of South Africa) offers debt consolidation through their Easy Loans product. Just like other debt consolidation loans available from other credit providers and financial institutions, FNB works in the same way as in you take out a single loan that you will pay off with one interest rate instead paying off debts with usually higher interest rates such as credit cards. This also serves to improve your credit score if you are a blacklisted individual... so of course I calle and applied I spoke to THATO he took my details and he checked my details and asked me what accounts I would like to settle. I told him he then said he would call me back. He then calle me back to inform me that I did not qualify because my loan accounts is in arrears "which it's not"" he could not give me valid reasons
