My friend send me money through an FNB e-wallet yesterday. I tried to withdraw it in town but it was giving me errors. The first message I got from the slip was " Withdrawal and the amount" then below was "we have encountered a problem. Please contact the nearest branch for assistance" later when I tried to withdraw my statement shows the amount being withdrawn. I contacted them and they told me they will investigate and It will take 13days. How can it take so much days when I needed that money agently and I still have all the slips that come out from their ATMS. FNB should sort out their systems. I never experienced such failure from ABSA since I have been using it. Why contact them after 13 days while I know I wont be needing money then. They should just check in their cameras if I did get the money because their security was rushing me thelling me he has to knock off and now I cant get my money
