I applied for a loan in February 2013, was offered more than what I took. In April 2013 I applied for another loan however it was unsuccessful was advised to try again in 2 months on Saturday the 10 August 2013 I urgently needed a loan, decided to apply on the Website I received a massage that I will be contacted by an consultant. Waited more than 2 hours I then decided to call spoke to a consultant by the name of "JD" Hendricks who informed that the application was unsuccessful when I asked for the reason he could not answer me he then gave me info that there is no supervisor available on Saturdays but he will give me a call! My argument was that I did not get a valid reason why because I pay my loan on time! He then said he will give me a call by 12 he only call @ 13:00 to tell me that it was escalated nd I will receive a call back on Monday well its Tuesday nd I have not received any communication . worse is that I was supposed to receive a call from some1 on Saturday nothing. I am not happy with such service it's disgusting!
