I am utterly disgusted; I open an account with Nedbank last year some time. In October money was debited from my account without my consent an amount of R400 something i when into the bank and complaint the bank called the legal department and claimed i opened a credit card in 1998. I spoke to a legal agent and advised how I could open a credit card when I was 17years old when I was unemployed. Why don't they go and look if I was employed or a student. I was told to get an avadavat and other documents. I did not do this reason being I do not have the time in my hands to leave the office to look for a police station to get these documents I work from Monday to Saturday this is an inconvenience to me. What makes me even more DAM angry my account was debited again for R740... what a Flipping nerve to go back to my account and debit and take my money without my consent? I want all of my money back into my account I want the bank chargers to also be sorted this is my money I am a single parent and that money was for my babies diapers I had given the legal agent Patrick my contact numbers, my information is with Nedbank I have an account with them how can they ever take money without my
