Last night, using my Standard Bank app, i purchased airtime for a friend. me account was debited and the recipient did not receive the airtime. While completing the transaction the app showed an error message but i still get an sms saying my account was debited... HOW THE CAN THE TRANSACTION BE UNSUCCESSFUL AND STILL GET DEBITTED!!! so i call the worst customer care. the voice says to call during 7am and 9am, I call at &:05 and the voice says to call between the hours of 8am and 9am. so i sit on the phone for almost 20mins with no solution... PUT A LIVING HUMAN ON THE OTHER END OF THE LINE. Just please send the R30 airtime to 0838431373 or return my money... sort out your customer care
