After complaint on Hellopeter on the 1 August. Suiliman from discovery phoned and said he will listen to the all the phone calls and send the Vito to a gearbox specialist, to determine the damage. Suiliman informed us he will get back to us within 48 hours.. At 16:00 Avis investigator Chris phones us to tell us he must collect the courtesy car. We don't have any response from discovery and are pressurized by Avis to return the vehicle.
How can we return the car if we don't have a vehicle to drive with, and no feedback received?
