This is a follow up on my previous report. Finally someone came back to me, a lady called Candice from Complaint Management. She was very helpfull but unfortunately it didn't solve my problem as the manager from the Randrindge mall branch phoned me and asked me to come in to see if they can assist me. And what do you know, they did the same steps and gave me the same answer, SORRY. Isn't that the definition of insanity, by doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results. This blows my mind. i could have told them that so they waisted my time and petrol to drive there, and they did jack. The outcome on there system didn't change and probably wont. What they don't understand is that its what they told me to do, then I did it but after that the outcome was not what they promised. So i'm still in street because of them, and now i'm going to the ombudsman and I will take legal steps if necessary. If i can give anyone any advice it would be to stay away. They have this campaign running "ASKWHY" now I tell you, if a bank is so much cheaper the ASKWHY. It is obvious that you pay for what you get. Stick with the previously BIG 4 banks
