REFUND NOT DONE AFTER A MONTH!!!

On the 26/06/2013 I tried to withdraw cash @ 1 of your ATMs in Jabulani mall... punched in my pin but not the amount I wanted to my surprise i immediately got an sms to notify me of R600 that has been withdrawn in my account!! I didnt get that cash nor the card back from the atm... I then immediately called your call centre to have my card blocked... spoke to Dithoriso who assured me that the money will be paid back into my account and gave me #123010790 as reference for the Query and also advise me to go to 1 of your branches for a new card.

Went to one of your branches in Sunninghill on (27/06/2013) spoke to one of your consultants... handed me a new card and also escalated my query for refund which he said it will take 15 business days to be done and gave the ref #53855890.I waited for that 15 working days and started calling to check how far is my query and guess what?! my query had been closed as it shows on your records that the money was withdrawn and nobody bothered to update me!!! YES THE MONEY WAS WITHDRAWN FROM MY ACCOUNT BUT DID I RECEIVE IT??? NO!!! I escalated for my query to be re-opened and spoke to Stella on the no 299 4370 but still nothing... CAN SOMEBODY RESOLVE THIS
