I was unable to pay my June Instalment so I called Absa and made a payment arrangement. I did pay my July installement in full so the only outstanding installement is June's installment.

I have spoken to atleast 4 consultants regarding the arrangement but yet I get over 10 calls a day from ABSA. I work from 8am to 5pm and I'm only available between 1pm and 2pm and after 5pm. For some reason, these call centre consultants dont respect this and call me as they please. If this is how I am going to be treated by Absa for skipping 1 installment which I am willing to pay - I might aswell transfer this deal to another bank and and never ever apply for finance from Absa - I will also let the rest of my family, friends and anyone who cares to listen not to bank/ get finance from Absa.

Absa must please make sure that these people stop harrasing me. I hate it!!
