I Paid up Two accounts of Capitec using the old settlement letter before my payments went through. I was told I'll be refunded. And i communicated that i need my money as Capitec is out of my way now. All payments done on the 25 July 2013. I'm still struggling with my refund.

Account is mine. Now that I must get a refund, I've completed almost 10 documents.
Copy of my statement, my ID, FORMS, and I send almost every week to a different person.
I trust that you`ll be able to assist my query. Also just to find out, how soon can my
profile be updated on all bureaus that these two account are paid in full?
