Pathetic service

STandard bank wonders why they are losing business to all other banks. Here is classic example below. Been with SBSA for 18 years. Being granted several bodns (2 active) with 'private banking' rates. All other banks see me as stable employee but sbsa suddenly see me as self employed. It will be more feasible for me to move both bonds to another inititutution then extend any bond at sbsa with their ridiculous lending rates?!!

Finally got SBSA to progress my homeloan application only to get a poor interest rate. Emailed Richard Motloung complaining about rate but have not received even acknowledgement of my complaint.
SBSA grants me R560K loan 8 years ago at prime less 1.75. My financial situation has not deteriorated since then but only improved yet I now get a rate of prime plus 1.2. Does that make sense? They claim I am now a shareholder of a company. I WAS A SHAREHOLDER OF THIS COMPANY 8 YEARS AGO. I've had a private banking cheque account with SBSA for 18 years!!! Am I now a risk?!
