After a very stressful weekend where my car was involved in an accident I had to submit an insurance claim to budget insurance. This was the first time ever submitting a claim. I called the budget insurance call centre and got to speak with a consultant named Ashraf. All details of the accident were done telephonically and and my claim was submitted in less than 10 min. I am a bit calm after contacting budget as they were very helpful. Their service was really good. Thank you Ashraf.
