I was bumped by a client of budget insurance! This occurred 8 weeks ago! For the past 6 weeks, budget insurance has been 'busy'with my third-party claim! Mr Daniels (and his manager) make promises that they don't keep! I am still waiting for the repairs to be done! The last two weeks the assessor has been the person getting the blame! I have never experienced such poor service, especially with the? will get back to you before the end of the day..." And please don't waste your time complaining via email or their website because they don't even bother to acknowledge receipt of the emails!!
