Am most disappointed with FNB. I applied for a temporary loan on the 8th January for an amount of R3000 which was credited to my account. As per FNB "The Temporary Loan is a convenient and easy to take up short term loan, which is repayable within 31 days after you take it up" and the benefits "Should you repay the total loan, or outstanding balance within 31 days, you don't pay any interest"
Today is the 10th and my the amount of 3000 390 initiation fee has been taken off my account.
How does that work when it clearly says that this is repayable within 31 days!
Now the funds have been taken off my account with the interest in no less than two days? I have always valued FNB as being the one bank that's better than all the others but lately the service received has been most disappointing and disgusting that they would rob their valued customers in this way!!!
Is this not false advertising???
Now my account has been debited for the money and interest not even used yet!!!
