I have been a customer of SA Perm which became Old Mutual bank and by default landed up with Nedbank
On the 30 th June, after numerous attempts to redeem my Greenbacks points online were foiled by glitches on the website, I phoned and endured a gamut of security questions about card delivery which i explained had gone wrong when my credit card was delivered to Midrand when my branch is Florida Nedbank had refused to correct this and destroyed the card, any way that a separate complaint.. After phoning there one call centre and been transferred to various people i was told that its not them its Greenbacks that have not replied. Well by this time the mango flight which was R1200 was R1800 and so i went on and booked on Kulula and paid for it my self. Well now a month later i aghain want to book a flight . i have been messed around and still dont have a voucher number? all I can say is that this Greenback scheem is a
