ABSA Customer dissapointed with ABSA!

Last year November i applied for a home loan and was granted a 100% bond approval since i am a first time buyer. The property is getting finished this year in October and now ABSA tells me that i now only qualify for a 84% home loan approval as they had to re-apply this year for my home loan.

I was never contacted and told about them re-applying on my behalf and just when i have been getting ready to move into the new place i am told that my dream of owning a house won't be happening anymore. i am furious and hurt by how they treat their customers. I wasted a whole year of my life planning for the new place only to find out that it might not be happening.

i have been one of their clients that have never defaulted on any payments and have ensured that my record and relationship with ABSA is professional. i have been getting people call me from ABSA telling me these horrible news but when i ask why was i not contacted when they had to re-apply no one can answer and that what is the main reason for the decline in 100% bond they can't give me a clear explanation.
