On Absa website's they state that one of their values are services "We put our clients and customers at the centre of what we do". I am sorry to say that that is absolutely rubbish. We've been clients of ABSA for such a long time. Our current home loan is with ABSA.
We are applying for a new home loan now and ABSA under evaluated the house (The only bank from all the banks) and now they refuse to go out to the house to do an evaluation.
We formally lodged a complaint and then we heard ABSA will look at it in the next 4 days. We stand a chance of loosing the house that we desperately want. Please explain to me how customers and their tomorrow is important to Absa if this is how they handle us.
