I submitted my claim on 12July'13 and confirmed if they received all the documents and to here about the status of my claim on 19July'13. I was informed all was in order and it will take 7to14 workdays. After no enquiry on AIG's part about outstanding documents, I phoned again after 15 workdays on 2Aug'13 spoke to Tristan and she informed me nothing has been done. She escalated it for me 427717. On the 6Aug'13 I phoned again after no reply and just got a new escalation number, the reason - no documents on the system 429186. on 7Aug, 13 I spoke to Ian and Giovanni ad informed them I have tried to log a complaint on their internal systems and could only leave a message which I done twice, still no one contacted me. got an escalation nr 430258. Giovanni promised me that he will personally phone me back. NOTHING. I phoned on the 8Aug'13 Johan Rodger told me the system is off I need to call on Monday. I asked to talk to Giovanni but was informed I could not. AIG I need an answer!!
