Smart Devices Credit Criteria

I applied for a smart device with FNB yesterday, and received a sms today telling me that I have not met the credit criteria I then called in and queried what the reason was that I did not qualify and was told because there was not money deposited R16000 and more in my account for three consecutive months. This is when you are platinum cheque card member. When you are a normal cheque card holder with a deposit of R5000 and more I would have qualified for the device, but because of the status of my account I cannot qualify. I think FNB should look at their criteria. I will never in future apply for any products of them. Being a client of them for many years, I am very disappointed.
