Unfair default listing on ITC

I phoned Direct Axis and spoke to Meagan Wilters for a settlement amount on my account which I got. I paid and sent her the proof of payment. (March 2013) Three months later I started receiving sms's and calls from HTN Attorneys to say my account has been handed over.
I contacted Meagan who said my account was handed over by mistake and she would have it recalled and sorted out. She'll phone me back within 3 days to confirm. On the 8th I left a message for her to call me back - which she didnt.
On the 16th of July i contacted her again to which she said she's busy sorting it out - she'll update everything and update my ITC profile. I should give her 3 days... she'll phone me back to confirm.
I checked with ITC yesterday - and my name now has a Default listing on it from Direct Axis.
Every time i contact this woman she still needs to get feedback or check something or there is always some excuse!!! Its been almost 6 weeks now!
My name has now been unfarely tainted because she doesnt stick to her word and do her job.
