Account closed and not updated @ Credit Bureau

Good day

I have paid up my account with Bayport in December 2011 and the account status is still open/current at Credit Bureau. Bayport has not updated my profile @ Experian immediately after the account has been fully paid. The Experian record shows that i am still paying the account that was fully paid in December 2011.I have requested a paid up letter and was told that they will update my profile at Credit Bureau as well and it has not been done to date. Kindly assist in getting Bayport to update my profile at the Credit Bureau because this is not on... Frustrated customer.
