I received 2 emails today Monday 21 Jan 2013 from Sonja Coetzer Resolution Manager Executive Services Support Client Services Nedbank in response to a Greenbacks feedback complaint I had. The matter was resolved incredibly quickly without any fuss and I am very impressed with the way it was dealt with. Hats off to Sonja Coetzer and Nedbank for first class customer support service.
