I sent an email to Outsurance for a quotation on two vehicles, home contents and specified contents. I received prompt help after an reply by email and sms only to be quoted far more for the same type of cover. The problem I have is how they advertise the R400 if they can not beat your current deal but I still have not received any feedback from the lady that helped me or Outsurance at all with the documentation or correspondence to proceed with the payment. I was phoned from 0126886000 number. It is only R400 but they shouldn't advertise it if they wont pay it!!
