TERRIBLE SERVICE

I applied for a loan on 02.08.13, the loan was approved that day and went to processing. They then required my marriage certificate.
I do not have one as I only got married a few weeks ago and it is not registered as yet.
I sent a copy of the marriage registration form. I receive no feedback and have to call numerous times a day and keep getting told I must send a marriage certificate.
I DONT HAVE ONE! I applied for car finance a month ago and they did not require my marriage certificate.
I need this sorted out today!!!
