Its me again what a surprise.i received an email from the device insurance department
stating that its my problem because I dont have a phone so they cant help me
hello??? and I do not own an acer laptop???
can someone just wake up its not a complicated matter.phone was taken by fnb
to get fixed but they put insurance on my laptop and not the phone without my knowledge. So all they had to do is send my phone back.but it took 2 months to send a broken phone back to me!!! hello because of that I had to purchase a new phone so ofcourse its their fault and not mine. I will post the unproffesional email on fnb facebook page and mine so everyone can see
Is there anyone at fnb with a brain because this is to complicated for fnb personnel to understand.and the email they send me was full of spelling errors to the point that you cant make out what they are saying and there were
no spaces between words the tenses were all wrong.
So clearly that cant even spell!!! sending an letter like that to an customer!!!
It is disgusting even a 2 years old can spell better than that
