I own a Hyundai Atos Gls 1.1 2005 model, I cannot scratch this feeling that I am being done in here and have decided to take this further.

I contacted outsurance that "bends over backwards" to report my claim.

My problem is with the amount that Outsurance is willing to pay out in order to fix the vehicle. (They would rather me wright it off than have it fixed is the impression I get) I have been advised that they will only pay out R13000.00 less excess of R2000.00. This gives me an amount of R11000.00 to fix the front bumper of my car. (My Car is perfectly fine no other issues other than only front bumper damage)

The initial quote recieved from the panel beater/assessor company, which is the preferred company used by Outsurance quoted an amount of R26000.00 to repair my vehicle. I then decided to get assistance and took my vehicle in to alternative panel beaters for a second/third opinions and was given an amount of between 16 & 18k to repair and was advised I should be able to get atleast a 70% claim fee in order to repair the vehicle. Retail Value: R29200.00 x 70% = R20 440 less excess 18 440 k. So why only 11k?
