This is not so much of a complaint but rather disapointment. Im in the market to purchase a vehicle and I was approved by African bank. I then changed companies the week I was in the process of purchasing and am now advised I cannot continue with the purchase as I am changing jobs. When I advise african bank that I am not on probation thoug and have a contract stipulating that as well as an HR manager willing to confirm that they are not taking that into consideration like FNB as well as other banks are willing to as long as I have the contract stating that as well as my remuneration. There is a number for your vef dep[artment on your website but nobody ever picks up. CAN ANYONE ASSIST? and I want to use african bank as it has always been fair and always helped me
