Withdrawl problem

I made an investment with Old mutual 5years ago 2008/07/31. My investment matured 01/08/2013. I had the impression that the money would come into my account on the day of maturity as i never even chnaged bank accounts. Now i am told i need to fill in application form which i did. then they tell me my signature is not the same i must submit certified copy of my ID with 3signatures, i did that at gransfontien police station. now they tell me it does not have commissioner of oath stamp. I have had it with old mutual as it was a problem to invest my money in the first place with the very signature problem i am having now.

i called in with the number 0860300000 to ask what's going on and i got such bad service from one of their consultant called Ayanda Dyasi. she is so rude and not helpful. I work at an IT department with people over the phone every day and not once have i gotten an angry user call i was so rude at them regardless of them shouting or swearing.

i hope this is the last time i have to do any sort of business with old mutual. i am done with them, right now i just want my investment paid into my account ASAP.
