I submitted a cancellation request on the Miway website for my policy to be cancelled effective 30/08/2013, I then received a call from Thulani Letsie and informed him that I would like to discuss the premium and that he should call me back after five that afternoon, I never received a further call from him and when I called Miway this afternoon to discuss the premium I was informed that the policy had already been cancelled for the 25/06/2013. Please call me back as my car is uninsured at the moment due to Thulani not getting back to me. this is really not acceptable. I have been with Miway since 2007. Please also send me the audit trail from your website where the cancellation was reqeusted and a transcribed telephone conversation, where the policy cancellation was done, and the cancellation letter and date and time it was sent to my e-mail address after the cancellation was completed.
