After 3 months of struggling online and countless trips to an FNB branch I thought I finally had my internet banking up and working. I spent an hour in FNB today and after being told how to set up my internet banking at home I was informed that I have to go back to verify my account. It has taken me countless failed setups online, failed visits to local Branches and failed phone calls to FNB. I asked them to please do something about their online banking problems and training of your employees. I attempted to send this message to FNB online and it failed too. I hope they get the message now...
